11th DENeB PhD Workshop "Navigating the Nexus: Climate Change, Agriculture, and Health"

Dear All,
we are pleased to invite PhD students to submit papers to the 11th DENeB PhD Workshop on Development Economics supported by the Geo.X ECS Community Grant, which will take place on April 17, 2026, in Berlin.
The workshop provides PhD students with the opportunity to present ongoing research and receive feedback in a supportive academic environment. This year’s theme is “Navigating the Nexus: Climate Change, Agriculture, and Health”. Contributions from the broad field of development economics are welcome, with particular interest in work engaging with the development–climate nexus.
The keynote lecture will be delivered by Karlijn Morsink (Utrecht University). The workshop will be held at the ISDC – International Security and Development Center in Berlin.
The submission deadline is February 27 (registration link), and applicants will be notified by March 13.
