With rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and an unprecedented access to geospatial data, a transformative wave is reshaping various disciplines. One such field standing on the brink of this revolution is the Geosciences. It is in this context that we invite you to participate in our upcoming seminar, Pioneering the Next Era of AI Applications in Geosciences, taking place at Freie Universität Berlin from August 1st to 4th, 2023. Technical knowledge is no requirement for taking part, all content is designed inclusively, so that non-technical people can also take part.

This unique block course is a joint initiative by K.I.E.Z., Profund Innovation, and the Remote Sensing and Geoinformatics department of Freie Universität Berlin. The seminar is designed to explore the vast array of opportunities that are surfacing at the junction of AI technology and Geosciences, heralding a new era of innovative problem-solving and applications. 

There will be input by experts from ESRI and Planet Labs, as well as support in technical prototyping.
