We hereby cordially invite you to our first event of the Geo.X Lecture Series "Introduction to Social Sciences for Natural Scientists"! We are happy to announce that we could engage Prof. Dr. Jörg Niewöhner from Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin as a fantastic speaker for the introductory lecture!
The lecture will take place online on Wednesday, 14th April 2021, at 1:30pm via Zoom. The event has a 1-hour plus(+) format. This means that after the 45-minute talk and a 15-minute Q&A session, you will have the opportunity to officially leave. However, anyone interested is invited to stay for another 30 minutes to discuss the topic further.
Please write to Lisa Rheinheimer (lisa.rheinheimer@geo-x.net) for registration details. For those who want to know more about the lecture series, please check out the attachments or write to Theresa (theresa.frommen@hu-berlin.de)!
Participants who attend at least 75% of the lectures can receive a certificate of participation from Geo.X at the end.
We are very much looking forward to seeing you all there!
With best wishes,
Dr. Theresa Frommen, Gina Maskell, Anne Scheibe & Lisa Rheinheimer
