We would like to build up on that momentum und hereby welcome you to the third edition of the literature and discussion seminar «Stable States and Tipping Points in the Earth System»!

As previously, we particularly invite all PhD and master students, but also all PostDocs and Seniors, to attend the seminar. There will be six sessions, each focusing on a specific topic such as Ocean Circulation, Vegetation and feedbacks in social-ecological systems. Each seminar will be guided by one speaker presenting for ~15 minutes. Afterwards, we are looking forward to lively discussions with you.

Attached you will find a short concept paper with the topics and dates.  You can also find more information on this Confluence page. Please also forward this email to anyone you think might be interested. We will not send further reminders to these general distribution lists.
