Abstract:

The Arase satellite has observed inner magnetosphere and radiation belts since March 2017 and found various interesting phenomena about particle acceleration, transportation and loss via wave-particle interactions.

Multi-point measurements from coordinated observations with Van Allen Probes, DSX and other satellites as well as ground-based network observations have also been realized.

In this presentation, we would like to present overview of the Arase / ERG project and show some highlight results and discuss future plans.
