Procedure

New applicants

Only complete applications respecting the checklist in the Application Guidelines will be processed. Applications that arrived after the deadline will not be taken into consideration. 

Selected applicants will be invited to present their MSc thesis work and research plan during a selection workshop at GFZ Potsdam. Your audience consists of the GeoSim PI's. At the end of the workshop, the decision on admission will be taken. You will receive an e-mail notification about the council's decision soon afterward.

Currently enrolled as a PhD student with one of the GeoSim PI's and interested in participating in the GeoSim training program?

Please send an email to the GeoSim coordinator, providing the following information: CV, letter of motivation, letter of recommendation from your supervisor.
